Todd has advised numerous public and private clients on the economics and structuring of public-private partnerships; university housing development; real estate portfolio optimization; campus research and innovation districts; and nonprofit redevelopment and monetization strategies. As project executive, Todd has played a lead role in managing U3’s engagements for the University of Toronto campus edge master plan; representation of Almono, the foundation partnership that owns Hazelwood Green in Pittsburgh; the University at Buffalo Innovation Master Plan; the University of Calgary innovation district; the Arizona State University Polytechnic Campus; the Washington University in St. Louis; a mixed-use developer procurement for the AMDA College of Performing Arts; the Cornell University Housing Master Plan and Developer Solicitation; a graduate housing developer procurement for Mississippi State University; and Lafayette College Public-Private Partnerships, among many others.
Todd has worked in commercial real estate for over 25 years. He was previously Vice President of the Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group, directing equity investments in ground-up mixed use development, and Senior Director of Real Estate Strategies for Street-Works Development, where Todd led the structuring and financing of mixed-use public-private partnerships.
Todd holds a Bachelors of Science from Cornell University in Rural Sociology, and a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University.
