Todd has advised numerous clients on the economics and structuring of public-private partnerships; university housing plans; research and innovation strategies; and nonprofit redevelopment and monetization strategies. Todd provides expert advice on how institutional clients should negotiate with private, off-campus developers in public-private partnership.
As project lead, Todd has played a lead role in managing U3’s engagements for the University of Toronto Four Corners Strategy; representation of Almono, the foundation partnership that owns Hazelwood Green in Pittsburgh; the University at Buffalo Innovation Master Plan; the Cornell University Housing Master Plan and Developer Solicitation; and Lafayette College Public-Private Partnerships.
Todd’s work has been informed by a long and diverse career in commercial real estate, where he was Vice President of the Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group, directing equity investments in ground-up mixed use development, and Senior Director of Real Estate Strategies for Street-Works Development, where Todd led the structuring and financing of mixed-use public-private partnerships.
Todd has a Bachelors of Science from Cornell University in Rural Sociology, and a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University.
