Jennifer Mitchell
Chief of Staff , Philadelphia Office
A specialist in leadership development and high-performance teams, Jennifer joined U3 as Chief of Staff in November 2021.
Prior to joining U3, Jennifer held roles in the Office of the Provost at The George Washington University, Drexel University and at Arcadia University. At GW, she developed a comprehensive communications strategy for the Office of the Provost and its subunits, along with planning the execution of a shared services administrative model. At Drexel, she overhauled the faculty life cycle process, redesigned the process and communications for executive searches, and planned many major University events. At Arcadia, Jennifer spearheaded the launch of Arcadia’s Veteran Services Office and enhanced academic affairs policies to ensure consistency.
Jennifer is a former member of NAPAHE, the National Association of President’s Assistants in Higher Education (an offshoot of the American Council of Education), and a former Board member of the Provost’s and Academic Affairs Assistants in Higher Education National Association. She has a B.A. from Arcadia University in health administration and an M.A. from Arcadia University in international public relations.
