Frances Murray

Frances is a native of the Philadelphia area, where she returned for graduate school after several years in Colorado. She first worked with U3 as a summer intern while finishing her Master of City Planning degree at the University of Pennsylvania and in her role as an Analyst, is applying her interests in psychology, data analytics, and community development to help clients grow and thrive. 

During her internship, Frances provided data analytics and insights for a downtown development plan for educational and medical institutions in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to her time at U3 Advisors, Frances served as a Graduate Research Intern for another consultancy’s global trends report, where she identified key disruptors and changes in downtown development and demographics. She has also consulted on housing and community development projects in rural areas of southern Colorado and central Appalachia. 

Frances holds a Bachelor of Psychology with a minor in Music from Colorado College. She is proficient in ArcGIS Pro, RStudio, and Adobe Creative Suite.
