Natalie Sutherland
Associate, New York Office
As an associate at U3A, Natalie collects, synthesizes, and analyzes real estate market data to inform financial models and real estate development strategies. She enjoys working with clients in the early stages of planning and development to make valuable long-term impacts on their organizations as well as the communities, districts, and cities in which they are located. Natalie’s work at U3A has included projects for medical institutions such as Montefiore Health System, nonprofits such as the American Academy of Arts and Letters, and religious organizations such as Stephen Wise Free Synagogue. Her understanding of development and construction from her prior experience as an Engineer and Project Manager for Turner Construction Company informs her strategic planning work at U3A. Outside the office, Natalie shares her love of math as a volunteer tutor to middle school children in Brooklyn.
