Tracy Moskowitz
Financial Controller , Philadelphia Office
In addition to the day to day operations, Tracy works with leaders at U3 Advisors on several ongoing projects. She is part of the Terrapin Development Company team at the University of Maryland, maintaining the financials while ensuring a steady cash flow. She also manages the books for Reimagining the Civic Commons and U3 Ventures, a real estate development company in Philadelphia that has several active development projects.
Before joining U3 Advisors full time in 2015, Tracy worked in a tax office as an accountant specializing in personal tax returns and bookkeeping. She started working one day a week for U3 back in 2007, and—as the company grew—she knew she wanted to take on a bigger role. She enjoys every day at U3 Advisors as it presents new challenges and experiences. She has the utmost respect for her colleagues and enjoys learning with them.
When not working, Tracy spends time with her family and helps her husband with his restaurant in their hometown.
