Amer Bleik

Amer’s background means he is quick on his feet and nimble in his problem solving, helping clients achieve the goals they set out for. His training brings a unique skillset to U3’s growing multidisciplinary team, drawing from both prior and new experience in data management and analysis, project management, research, and logistical coordination.

He has contributed to a wide range of initiatives—from supporting an anchor collaborative by analyzing over a million records of data, to serving as a research and data partner for procurement efforts. Amer is proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, and is actively growing his skills in Tableau and ArcGIS Pro, allowing him to bring both analytical and creative insight to his work.

Amer has led and supported high-impact initiatives, including managing a real estate options analysis project for NYC clients, coordinating case study trips across the U.S. for both local and international stakeholders, and organizing logistics for a 150+ person summit in Texas.

As a young analyst, Amer is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality work. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys attending sporting events and is always up for a conversation about your favorite teams. He also loves exploring new cultures and ways of life through travel.
