Stephany Lin
Vice President , New York Office
Stephany supports a broad range of community development and real estate strategy efforts and leads U3’s community partnerships practice area. She is inspired by the values and commitment of the mission-driven clients she works with and the neighborhoods they call home. For several years, she has worked with the Kresge Foundation and its partners to grow the Marygrove P-20 campus in Detroit, a cradle-to-career education campus rooted in a broader neighborhood development vision. Other clients include universities like the University of Wisconsin Madison and Northeastern University, nonprofits like the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and Live6 Alliance, and cities including the City of Bloomington, IN.
Her work helping these institutions amplify their mission is informed by her prior experience as Executive Director of Schools That Can Newark, where she led initiatives to improve collaboration across the city’s schools. Beyond the office, Stephany mentors high school students through a rock climbing program and spends as much time as possible outside.
Stephany holds a BA in Social Studies and a Masters in Urban Planning from Harvard University.
