Senior Associate, New York Office
As an associate at U3, Stephany guides economic and development strategies and conducts market research and real estate analysis. She’s inspired by the values and commitment of the mission-driven clients she works with, which include philanthropic organizations such as the Kresge Foundation and Astor Services for Children & Families, and schools such as Washington University and the New York Institute of Technology. Her work helping these institutions amplify their mission is informed by her prior experience as Executive Director of Schools That Can Newark, where she led initiatives to improve collaboration and encourage growth throughout the city’s school systems. Outside the office, Stephany encourages personal growth in area high school students through a mentorship program where she shares her passion for rock climbing.
Stephany holds a BA in Social Studies and a Masters in Urban Planning from Harvard University, where she was a member of the winning team of the 2016 Urban Land Institute Hines Student Competition.
