Stephany Lin
Senior Associate, New York Office
As a senior associate at U3, Stephany guides a broad range of economic and community development strategies, as well as market research and real estate analysis. She is inspired by the values and commitment of the mission-driven clients she works with, which include nonprofits like the Live6 Alliance in Detroit and Astor Services for Children & Families in New York, and universities from the University of Wisconsin-Madison to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. For several years, she has worked with the Kresge Foundation and its partners to support growth of the Marygrove P-20 campus in Detroit, a cradle-to-career education campus rooted in a neighborhood development vision.
Her work helping these institutions amplify their mission is informed by her prior experience as Executive Director of Schools That Can Newark, where she led initiatives to improve collaboration across the city’s schools. Beyond the office, Stephany mentors high school students through a rock climbing program and spends as much time as possible outside.
Stephany holds a BA in Social Studies and a Masters in Urban Planning from Harvard University.
