At U3, Maurie works on a range of projects from large-scale strategic advising to small-scale real estate development projects in Philadelphia, Chicago, and Oakland, CA. Her involvement on the Drexel University Facilities and Real Estate team included, space planning strategy, construction project management, and coordination and assessment for large-scale real estate transactions. Maurie is also an instructor at the University of Pennsylvania in the City Planning Program.
Prior to joining U3, Maurie served as a Project Manager at the Cooper’s Ferry Partnership in Camden, NJ. Additionally, Maurie interned at the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) on the Real Estate Development team working on the Lower Schuylkill Master Plan generating maps, demographic and economic analysis, and managing the consultant team.
Maurie earned a BA in Economics from the College of William and Mary, and a Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. During her time at Penn, she received the Paul Davidoff Award for outstanding work in areas of contemporary social concern.
