Cornell breaks ground on Roosevelt Island campus

Cornell University, along with New York City leaders and members of the University's development and project teams, celebrated this week the groundbreaking of Cornell Tech’s campus on Roosevelt Island and announced a $100 million gift from Bloomberg Philanthropies to fund construction of the campus. The innovative new campus opens summer 2017. U3 Advisors was on hand to join in the celebration.

U3 Advisors is hiring in San Diego County, California

U3 Advisors is working with the City of Chula Vista, California on the development of a 375-acre University and Innovation District in the city. The proposed site is adjacent to Otay Ranch South, a dense urban planned community of up to 4,000 units.

U3 Advisors has been engaged to manage the exploration of potential higher educational partners as well as the creation and management of Chula Vista University Partnership Inc. (CVUP) – a new non-profit entity that will be responsible for, facilitating development of the university campus. U3 Advisors seeks a Senior Associate to be based in San Diego County to support this effort.

U3 Advisors is Hiring a Paid Graphic Design Intern in New York

U3A currently seeks a Graphic Design Intern to work out of the New York City office, under the supervision of the Operations Manager, to provide graphic design support across offices on a variety of projects. The Graphic Design intern will be a go-to in-house creative resource, from designing proposals to formatting client case studies. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative designer who can work on multiple projects to produce and edit clean and exceptional designs under tight deadlines.

The internship schedule will be two days per week, the specific days being flexible. The internship will begin immediately and continue through May, 2016, with the potential for extension into the summer of 2016 if appropriate.
