Live6 Alliance to Advance Neighborhood Revitalization in Livernois/McNichols Corridor

Leading community partners in Detroit announced this week the formation of the Live6 Alliance.  The Alliance will coordinate and promote the revitalization efforts along the Livernois Avenue and McNichols Road commercial corridor in Northwest Detroit. Tech institute inks pact with Carlsbad

Carlsbad City Council members voted unanimously Tuesday to enter an exclusivity agreement with Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), one of 12 institutions that had indicated interest in opening a satellite campus in the city. Cornell breaks ground on Roosevelt Island campus

Cornell University, along with New York City leaders and members of the University's development and project teams, celebrated this week the groundbreaking of Cornell Tech’s campus on Roosevelt Island and announced a $100 million gift from Bloomberg Philanthropies to fund construction of the campus. The innovative new campus opens summer 2017. U3 Advisors was on hand to join in the celebration.

U3 Advisors is hiring in San Diego County, California

U3 Advisors is working with the City of Chula Vista, California on the development of a 375-acre University and Innovation District in the city. The proposed site is adjacent to Otay Ranch South, a dense urban planned community of up to 4,000 units.

U3 Advisors has been engaged to manage the exploration of potential higher educational partners as well as the creation and management of Chula Vista University Partnership Inc. (CVUP) – a new non-profit entity that will be responsible for, facilitating development of the university campus. U3 Advisors seeks a Senior Associate to be based in San Diego County to support this effort.
