Los Angeles, California – (June 6, 2023) – U3 Advisors, a nationally recognized consulting firm that provides real estate and economic development solutions to communities and

anchor institutions–colleges and universities, medical centers, foundations, and nonprofit and civic organizations, today announced the opening of their Los Angeles office – the company’s first permanent presence outside the East Coast.

U3 Advisors Vice President Eric Anderson and Senior Associate Donald Taylor-Patterson will lead the firm’s West Coast operations.
