Cornell Chronicle: Housing master plan to guide campus development

Cornell University’s Division of Student and Campus Life has engaged U3 Advisors to conduct a nine-month housing master plan process for the Ithaca campus.  Read the Cornell Chronicle’s article regarding this engagement here. U3A has served as the University’s real estate advisor for its planned 2 million square-foot applied sciences and engineering campus – Cornell Tech – since 2011. In addition, U3A has served as real estate advisor for the University’s East Hill Village project since 2013.
