UW-Madison releases recommendations for revenue innovation strategies to drive next era of growth and development

UW-Madison partnered with U3 Advisors to pursue a real estate strategy that would generate new revenue streams via campus (re)development processes, leveraging the growing Madison market. Completed in 2020, the engagement evaluated the development opportunities and mechanisms through which those projects may be implemented.
