University of Toronto Releases First Annual Report on Four Corners Strategy

U3 Advisors is celebrating the University of Toronto’s first annual report on the Four Corners Strategy – a comprehensive real estate strategy for campus edge development that we helped craft and which was formally adopted by UofT in 2018. The strategy has led directly to the creation of the University Development and Campus Services business ancillary and the advancement of multiple projects, the planning of which U3 is thrilled to continue supporting the University on, including what will be UofT’s flagship innovation and research commercialization project, the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus.
