Union on Knox Student Housing Project Breaks Ground in College Park, MD

U3 Advisors recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the Union on Knox – a 341 unit student housing project developed by Greystar in College Park, Maryland. The $140M project will feature 24,000 square feet of retail along Sterling Place and Knox Road – along with a new gateway public space. U3 is proud to serve as part of the development management team of the Terrapin Development Company, a real estate company owned by the University of Maryland and its Foundation.
