Tishman Speyer selected as Master Developer for Hazelwood Green

Tishman Speyer has been selected as the master developer for Hazelwood Green, the former steel mill site on 178 acres of Hazelwood’s riverfront along the Monongahela in Pittsburgh.  We are thrilled that their capacity, ingenuity, and global expertise in creating great urban places will soon be coming to the Steel City.

Since 2019, U3 Advisors has been working closely with the Richard King Mellon Foundation, the Heinz Endowments, the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation, University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, and many other local community and industry partners to craft this vision for Hazelwood Green’s future.
