With years of experience in finance, data analytic platforms, and GIS, Kimberly enjoys being part of a diverse team that educates, validates, and assists key players in making strategic decisions that bring about positive change. In addition, she conducts internal research on higher education and industry-specific challenges that help evolve U3 strategy. She is proud that her work has the power to impact individuals, the environment, and the quality of lives.
Kimberly is motivated and perpetually learning from the array of challenges and opportunities faced by her clients, from colleges and universities like Bowie State University, University of North Dakota, and University of Akron, to community and nonprofit organizations like Newark Alliance and CASE (Chicago Anchors for a Strong Economy).
Outside of the office, Kimberly is president of a Philadelphia-area nonprofit choir organization that promotes equal access to music for all. She incorporates her values as a singer into her work life by practicing perseverance, effective communication and listening, and meaningful collaboration with others.
Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Geospatial Technology for Geodesign from Thomas Jefferson University, where she was awarded the 2017 Martinson Research Grant for emerging design technologies in higher education.
