Associate, New York Office
As an associate at U3, Kelsey currently plays a key role in the revitalization of Tulane University’s downtown campus, focusing her work on market analysis, academic planning, real estate strategy, and streetscape improvements. She also works closely with Columbia University on a number of real estate development and acquisition analyses.
Kelsey developed a deeper interest in market analysis during an internship with Barracks Row Main Street in Washington, D.C. where she evaluated the retail potential of a main neighborhood corridor and redesigned a façade improvement program. During her work at Ashley Capital, Kelsey gained experience in real estate acquisitions, development, and financing, focusing on last-mile distribution center projects. Outside of the office, Kelsey enjoys exploring public spaces both in New York City and around the world.
Kelsey holds a BA in international studies from Indiana University and a Master of Regional Planning with a minor in real estate from Cornell University. While at Cornell, she received the Parsons Award for promising work in the areas of urban design and real estate development.
