The Four Corners Strategy document, developed by U3 Advisors on behalf of the University of  Toronto articulates the University’s of twin goals for campus edge real estate: facilitating amenity uses that support the academic mission and growing and diversifying the university’s revenue. These goals are supported by a group of more specific objectives, ranging from furthering civic engagement to using real estate to attract and retain world-class faculty. The Four Corners Strategy was adopted by the University of Toronto in early 2019.
