Natalie joined U3 Advisors in the Summer of 2018. She brings experience in community and campus planning, market analysis, real estate finance, and construction.
Prior to joining U3 Advisors, Natalie interned at Heyer Gruel & Associates where her research, analysis, and graphic designs where incorporated into the master plans, redevelopment plans, and form-based codes of New Jersey municipalities. She also interned in the Chicago office of Brailsford & Dunlavey where she assisted in the physical and financial planning of athletics and recreational facilities, campus edge developments, and student housing for public and private university clients. Natalie also previously worked as an engineer and assistant project manager at Turner Construction Company in Washington, DC. As a member of the Special Projects Division, she supported her project teams on over a dozen commercial construction projects that included interior tenant fit-outs, renovations, and new buildings.
Natalie received a BS in Civil Engineering from The George Washington University and a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University. During graduate school she participated in the 2017 Urban Land Institute Hines Student Competition.
