Kelsey joined U3 Advisors in October 2017. As an Associate with the firm, Kelsey's current projects focus on infill development, market analysis, student housing development, and corridor planning. Kelsey has worked with a variety of clients including Princeton University, Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, University of Maryland, Lawrence University, and Rush University Medical Center.
Before joining U3 Advisors full time, Kelsey interned in U3A’s New York office during graduate school. She also interned at Ashley Capital, Barracks Row Main Street in Washington, D.C., and the Urban Land Institute. Kelsey holds a BA in International Studies from Indiana University and a Master of Regional Planning with a Minor in Real Estate from Cornell University. While at Cornell, she received the Parsons Award for promising work in the areas of urban design and real estate development and served as a Vice President of Cornell Real Estate Women. Kelsey is originally from Indianapolis, IN.
