For some institutions and organizations, developer partnerships may represent opportunities for “win-win” solutions, creating value for both the institution and the developer partner. U3 Advisors helps our clients understand how a private developer evaluates a potential opportunity and the benefits and tradeoffs that a developer partnership might provide. If a client decides in favor of a partnership, U3 Advisors helps to identify, select and negotiate business terms with the right developer.
During the planning and pre-development phase of a project, U3 Advisors serves our clients as “virtual staff,” assisting in the preparation of capital and operating budgets, undertaking cash flow and rate of return analyses, and assessing potential occupancy costs. We also help our clients to select and oversee the project team and manage the team’s work product budget and schedule through design development.
In addition, U3 Advisors can assist our clients interface with government agencies and community groups and manage public approvals processes.
