Nicholas Jerez

Operations Manager

Nick joined the New York office of U3 Advisors in 2010. As a Project Assistant, he provided research, analytic and administrative support for a wide range of clients and assignments including Cornell University, New York University, Columbia University, Westbeth Center for the Arts, the City of Carlsbad's Office of Community and Economic Development, and the District of Columbia's Office of Economic Development. Nick currently serves as U3 Advisor's Operations Manager, with responsibility for the firm's marketing and technological infrastructure. In addition, Nick works directly with the Managing Director and CFO in the administration of the firm's New York office.

Nick has professional experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining U3 Advisors, Nick worked for Related Management, managing two low-income housing properties in midtown Manhattan. As an Assistant Property Manager, he was the primary point-of-contact for residents and support staff. Nick also worked for The Ford Foundation, one of the largest private philanthropies in the United States, where he provided administrative and program support to Program Officers in the Peace and Social Justice Program. Prior to the Ford Foundation, Nick worked for The Children’s Aid Society as the Assistant Director of its Chappaqua, N.Y site.

Nick earned his Bachelor's in Political Science from the City University of New York - Brooklyn College.
