Danielle Borden joined the firm in August 2013. She is currently serving as project manager for several campus master plans, including the Stevens Institute of Technology Campus Master Plan and the University of the Sciences Facilities Master Plan. Danielle has managed real estate analysis engagements for several non-profit organizations based in New York City, including Brooklyn Public Library, Westbeth Center for the Arts, and Planned Parenthood Federation of America. She also served as project manager for Manhattan Country School during its search for a new facility in Manhattan.
Prior to joining U3 Advisors, Danielle interned at the Port of San Francisco. As a member of the Planning & Development team, she supported senior staff with financial analysis and negotiations related to public-private development projects proposed along the San Francisco waterfront. Danielle also previously worked as a communications consultant in San Francisco, specializing in public outreach related to transportation infrastructure projects, including California High-Speed Rail.
Danielle earned a BA in Urban Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's of City & Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. During her time at Penn, she received the Urban Land Institute’s Future Leaders scholarship and the Women Executives in New York Real Estate’s Real Estate scholarship.
Danielle is a LEED Green Associate and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
